Note No. 43 - The Beginning of New Adventure

28th August 1820

Looks like it has been a year since the last time I wrote anything… There are so many things to write about now. Imagine that I am in the beautiful city called Rome right now. William Anthony is almost 5 months old. He was born on 5th April 1820. Our trip has started in May and our first destination was England and Scotland. Four of us went there. In June we went to France, in July Austria and now we are in Italy. I will describe everything with details, do not worry, my dear new diary!

Imagine that I was very crazy busy that I absolutely had no time to ask for a new diary at first, then I could not write at all. So much happened! Ah! Where to start?

It is particularly good to know languages, now I see. I visited so many different places and I always could get along somehow. I met so many amazing people. I had so many incredible adventures. For real, writing it down will take me so many evenings! I cannot promise that I will write every day, but I will do my best. It is decided.

Where has this whole trip started? In Gdansk obviously. Beautiful aged and romantic city. Such a little Venice, I know it today. We had spent few days sightseeing and ship took us to England then. In next notes I will try to recall whole Tour Through England. Now I must focus on event that took place months ago. Well, not only the successor was born, also I had prepared two weddings on our court. All by myself! Beautiful ceremonies, well done and made. Both quite different but love does not know social differences, feeling is always the same. Such a difference. Obviously, it all happened in our gardens mainly, I talk about weddings receptions, the palace chapel was used instead of church or cathedral. Our poet laureate did a great job on these weddings. He also pretty spoke from the ambo. I do not remember what about, but it is obvious that it was splendid. Our child he also baptized. He also spoke wise things then. This speech William wrote down somewhere. I guess I encouraged him to write…

For now, such a lieu pour entrée (place for the beginning) looks great. Tomorrow I will tell you something interesting, you can be sure. I do not know yet what exactly, but it will be exciting, bien sûr.

And kitty has grown. Yes, Rosie. Cat femme. And William is still handsome, delightfully young, and smart. Mary is getting older and Rome is so freaking old. Ah, and Gothic House will be built completely in 10 years probably, not this year, there is even no finished wall yet… Architect made a mistake in counting so I sent him to Grease to have a course of Maths. The end of note.
